When would be the status of ECAS shows as "Decision Made"? Is it after the passport request or before the passport request?

I got my medical request in may and I completed my medical tests on may 28. Doctor told that medical results were submitted on June 12. There is no change in status on ecas after that. I could see some of my friends who did medicals after me got their pass port requests. I am still waiting. Would there be any problems? ? Please help.

If there were problems with your test results, your doctor would have contacted you before submitting the results.
Sometimes it simply takes a little longer to process applications. Hang in there, you'll be fine.

I don't think the delay increases any chance for rejection instead its the background checks which is one of cause for delays.

I am a Dec 2013 applicant and below are my timelines

App Received: 16th Dec
AOR Received: 05th Feb
MR Received: 02nd July
Bio Data and RPRF Request: 02nd July
Fees Paid: 02nd July
MR Done: 03rd July.
MR result uploaded: 09th July
ECAS Status changed on 12th July to "Medical results have been received"

And since then I have not heard anything.
