Hi
Our medical was sent in on the 30th of Jan, 3rd of June we were told my husband needed additional medical. Which we got, showing that he didn't need treatment and if he did, because his results were normal BC medical wouldn't cover it and we would have too. The cost is also $12K, which I believe is below the excess amount. The additional information went in on the 30th of June and the eCas changed to medical received on the 8th of July. Yesterday I went back in and its changed again to decision made. We are from visa exempt countries and therefore hope to get a CoPR in the email. Am I correct in thinking that if they were going to say excess demand we would have been sent a procedural fairness letter first, before a decision is made? So it looks hopeful we have been approved? Help. Stressed!
