Who waiting for PPR after medical done join here

Got ppr on 24th at 11.30 pm.
Medical done on 17th april. Uploaded on 23rd due to long weekend. Got ppr next day.

I got my PPR last night. Meds were uploaded on April 2, 2014. ECAS changed to medicals received this morning (after getting PPR).

Now cic called employer he give wrong information. .
They refused da case...m
How come after medical they called...m
Also had little arguments with employer few months back may b dats why he give wrong statement



Now so passed ...
Can anybody suggest wht to do, sny appeal or reapply..
Any suggestions pls

I know this is what everyone says but I would recommend that you get an immigration lawyer.
Also, it would probably be immensely helpful if you could get an official letter from your employer rescinding their previous "incorrect" statement.
You haven't provided the nature of the misstatement but would help if you could include this official letter when you appeal.

Just stepping back a little bit, it may be helpful if you could explain the situation (i.e. nature of the statement that the employer made, your occupation, etc.)

I see.. this may be difficult to appeal unless you have hard evidence proving that the employer made a misstatement.
Once again, could you please clarify the nature of the statement?

We filled the papers as account as I did accountance.. he give statements that i worked as driver not as account for him

Do you have any contract that was executed between you and the employer outlining your title, responsibility, etc.?

did you receive a RFPR request and paid the fees already before or it was just medical?
did your ecas changed to medical received ? when did they call your employer ? when was ur medical uploaded?

I'm not sure if this matters...
Until they actually issue PPR and/or CoPR, I would imagine that the CIC/VO retains the right to re-open the file and investigate further.
It may be unusual, but not strictly against the rules...

This Friday done with medical n already paid fee on Friday as well

did you receive RFPR request or you just paid it upfront?
when they send the RFPR request the email states that your application was found eligible....so it is weird to call your employer after sending you the RFPR request....please clarify
