Who waiting for PPR after medical done join here

Can anyone comment on my case? Which step/ phase am I in?
Am I in IP2? is it really that fast? Or they are reviewing my files in a different order?
If so, when should I expect PPR?

Basic info:
ITA: June 12, FSW - Inland
AOR: June 17
Medical exam pass: July 22
Background status changed: July 22. It changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"

Other info: at 7pm July 22 (today), I checked my application status and they updated my biometrics (because I applied for a study permit before and it is still valid). Two hours later (9pm), I checked my application status again (yes - I am obsessed!), and saw my background check status changed to: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." as below.

Review of medical results - Review of medical results

• July 22, 2019 You passed the medical exam.

Review of additional documents - Review of additional documents

• We do not need additional documents.

Background check - Background check

Hey well my case is somewhat similar... its been almost 2 months that my background status shows same msg as yours and i am still waiting .... I applied on september 18th and my biometrics was done and updated by 7th october and since then its the same status except few days later i got a msg that i have passed medical....

I am sailing the same boat and i have been reading alot about this IP1 and IP2 stage and if i see according to all the opinions and articles i have read its IP2 stage i guess ...and a lot of people say that at this stage chances are that you might get a PPR email soon after this stage i dont know how true is it ....so i am hoping the same ...lets see...

and all the best man i know its difficult to keep up the patience

I am from pakistan and currently in pakistan.I am married with a canadian lady.and she is birthly from canada.she applied my PR visa in Sydney visa office through an immigration lawer.here is my timeline,can someone help me to know that how much are chances for me to getting a visa of canada.and currently on which stage my process is.and what will be the next?and from 17 days they did not update my status only ",Medical results have been received" shows always,is there anything wrong with my medical test.did I not pass it?if everything is ok then how long it will take my process?pleas help me I am worry about it.

Here is my timeline
Sinp paperbase application
AR =13 June 19.
AOR= 12th July 19.
ADR = 10th Dec.
( RPRF, scheduleA)
PAL = 11th Dec.
Adr and RPRF fees paid = 15th Dec.
Upfront medical= will expire 11th march 2020.
Spouse MR = 19th Dec.
Medical done 21st Dec.
Will take 12days ti upload.
Bg= we are processing your background check. Since AOR received.
Now my questions are
Will I get medical request for myself bcoz they didn't ask for me, they asked only my wife. So will I get ppr before 11th march?

Sydney office is ridiculously slow. My medicals were updated on Sept 4th and no update since then. Have you raised a case specific inquiry or did you try to call cic?
