I have done my medical examination on 21st September. In my acknowledge they have received medical result. but I don't know I passed or fail. then I after I am not getting any message at all.

Hi. I think Medicals only valid for 6 months.
Isnt yours is already expired.?

Guys, I have really exciting and strange news. I received a call yesterday from an immigration officer and, after several questions (22 min call), he approved my PR over the phone 
It was around 5 pm EST, he told me his colleague was gonna issue the PPR email today or next week, for me to call back if I didn't receive it in a week.
I'm posting the detailed questions he asked here later, but I guess it all will only sink in once I receive the PPR email, at last.
There are no updates on my CIC account. How do I know it wasn't fraud? It's the same agent who emailed my boss on Wednesday asking about the legitimacy of my employment letter and whether I'm still with the company.
I have mixed feeling about this. I'm screaming in happiness on the inside, and at the same time I'll only believe it once the golden email arrives on my inbox.

Maybe youre putting wrong info. Explore and analyze what is wrong, try to make questions, you can find answer there. And if you put the number of applicant, you and the sponsor should be counted.

If the immigration officer confirmed the application number or any other detail that you know for sure can only be known by CIC, then it's definitely legit! Fingers crossed!! The long wait will be over
Confirming PR over the phone is a pilot project that we know of, so it can't be counted out
I received my PPR by email yesterday, but the updates in CIC account is still the same, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.One thing u canalso check is the validity of immigration officer's email sent to your boss - if it is from CIC, then a congrats is in order
Finally got PPR!
Details are in my signature, I received the PPR at 10:00 PM on 10th May.
I had also noticed one of those "Ghost Updates" on my account, and read somewhere that it's usually when CIC is transferring the file or batch-sending PPR.
Good luck to the rest! Although long overdue, the wait is definitely worth it

Yes, the email sen to boss is @cic.gc.ca. Seems legit. He actually left me a VM cause I didn't answer the phone, I called back the number provided (which was the same on his email signature).If the immigration officer confirmed the application number or any other detail that you know for sure can only be known by CIC, then it's definitely legit! I've heard about landing over the phone, but not PPR! I thought I was contacted for additional documents, or something like that. I never expected to hear at the end "I'm approving your application" (psss, don't tell anyone, but I cried lol)
Oh yea, he said my app should've been approved a long time ago, but I was randomly selected for Q&A, hence why he was calling.
Anyway, just waiting for the golden email now. He told me the next steps over the phone, but I was too thrilled to listen.

Received my AOR on 4th May....Got an email about an update on profile on 11th May. The application status has been :
