Call them and ask: I've had closed work permit based on LMO and received BOWP without a problem, so it seems they are thinking about different restrictions or it has changed since last year.anuj.stallion said:But it's cleared mention on cic:
"If employment restrictions are imposed, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will not issue an open work permit to the foreign national under the bridging open work permit Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption."
When did you got your BOWP ?c2h5oh said:Call them and ask: I've had closed work permit based on LMO and received BOWP without a problem, so it seems they are thinking about different restrictions or it has changed since last year.
