"Who updates the ecas status"

Please tell me after your status is in RBVO " who updates the ECas status, is it the local visa office or CIO"?

Nowadays ECAS can change at any time, not just on Tuesdays. We went "In Process" on a Thursday night and "Decision Made" on a Saturday morning!

Any source ! CIC website officially wrote that update weekly mostly on Tuesday! how did you say that anytime in week anydays??? your rest post is good but for this answer, I am not agree!!!
my E-case updated today only (tuesday) my medical recvd courier which my DMP sent to CHC, they got my courrier few days back before last week but they don't updated before. just got update today only. on tuesday!!

Devil, information at wayne end I don't agree becasue CIC website already mentioned about update mostly on tuesday only, here on the forum we never seen any E-case update on another day in past and present.
