Who should be my co-signer?

I am sponsoring my Chinese common-law partner, I would like to know if she should be the one co-signing the IIM 1344E or if I should have one of my parents co-sign.

As I earn enough to support both my sponsor and self, is it still necessary to have a co-signer. If not should I fill the section in as Not Applicable?

1. You don't have a co-signer when you are sponsoring a spouse.
2. There is no income requirement to sponsor a spouse.
3. Your parents can not be your co-signers.
4. The only co-signer you can have is your spouse but this only needed if you are sponsoring relatives other than your spouse, parents for example and you want to be able to count your spouses income.
