Who should be first applicant in married couple applying for express entry

Hi. I am from india. My doubt is who should be first applicant in married couple?
One (me) who is just graduate, scored CLB7 in IELTS and has 3 years of experience in business ( under the propreitorship of father). Or
One (my spouse) who has masters degree and scored CLB 9 in IELTS but has only 1 year of experience as school teacher?
Please help.
 
Whoever has higher points. Use the CRS calculator to find out. Another option would be to both enter the pool and accept 1 ITA or accept both ITA as decline one before submitting the other.

I guess thats a no brainer...Whoever scores higher on CRS. Just calculate the scores.
 
Crs score is better with spouse as first applicant.
But some immigiration asking me to be first because of work experience.

What logic they are asking for work experience...did IRCC change their ITA criterion from CRS to work experience...am i missing something?

School Teacher is NOC C type experience which not eligible for express entry, so your spouse can't be primary applicant.

That leaves only you, again you haven't exactly specified your job title so I can't say you are eligible but if your job falls under NOC 0,A or B category and it's not self employed work then you can be primary applicant.

School teachers are NOT NOC C. School teacher NOC is 4031/32 depending on the level (primary or Secondary).
 
I am into my family business which under propreitorship of my father.
That means i dont have any designation in firm.
I am helping my father in business

I will say make your spouse the primary applicant. School teacher is not NOC C. You can confirm this from the list of occupations also.

I have one question regarding ontario province nomination.
Do they consider 400 marks only?
Or can they ask for any particular profession from NOC O A B?

That was last year and before...but with the current rate of IRCC fortnightly draws, it does seem like it may be renewed. We'll know the cut off (if renewed) when they open with fresh quota this year. Generally it's for NOC 0, A/B only.

They don't open quotas NOC wise. If they open it's for all NOCs.
