Who send their medical in June /July/August ... waiting for passport request

7 months after medical,still waiting for PPR.....im losing hope.

were you able to send a case specific enquiry? if your application is nearing 11 months from the date that you sent it to the visa office, then it makes sense to ask for an update of the status of your application.

our passports have not been returned yet, checked with the bank and our money order has not been encashed. so i don't know yet when we can leave, but I reserved plane tickets for February 3 so I hope we can get the visa before that.

My file has been transferred to Seattle on Jan 05, 2011. Just got an email ;D

Looking at your timeline, it seems like yours was processed pretty fast eh? September for medical and PPR January, i was shocked when i saw that. Did you apply within Canada or outside? Oh and congrats!! ;D

(Please be advised that the file appears ready for finalization. In the next couple of weeks, a letter will be sent requesting the passport for issuance.),,,

thank you ruby! yes case specific enquiry really helped! after we e-mailed them they reqiuested our passports... they said after we send our passports it takes 15 days to return them. thank you lord the long wait is over.

madali na lang yan, kami 8 business days binalik na passport namin with visa. kaya now i'm trying to book a flight...i started with January 28 and ended up with Feb.4 flight...grabe, it's all fully booked. but ok yung price that I got with St. Raphael Travel and Tours. USD 756 per person, good deal na din because if I book directly sa airline it costs over USD 1,000 per person.

what are your plans? will you leave right away or finish pa school year?
me kasi, my daughter is in kindergarten pa lang and anyway, she can enroll once we arrive so no need to wait for the summer vacation.

Sa monday pa ipapadala yung mga passport sa fort erie.bka 3rd week na ng jan. bumalik yon.hindi pa namin sure if hintayin pa namin matapos ang schooling ng mga bata prep and grade 1 na kc sila. susunduin ba kayo ng husband mo sa pinas? saan ba nagpi- Pdos? sa poea ba?

for us provincial nominees, we can send RPRF anytime during the application process. after the file was transferred, we sent the payment for RPRF to LA, we did not wait for them to request it.

Could you tell me when you were asked to send the RPRF? Was it requested with your PPR together or before PPR(because I found some people sent RPRF right after the File Transfer)? Thanks.
