who needs to fill out imm1283?

Do I need to complete this form?? I am sponsoring my danish husband to come to Canada. We are married, live together in Denmark and have a child who was born in Canada. I am unclear if IMM 1283 financial evaluation is nessecary. I have a job to return to in Canada and have a letter from my employer stating my salary and have my option c for the last 2 years...
