who need to pay all the fees - the sponsor?

Hi,
I wonder who should pay the fees for common law sponsorship?
the sponsor?

and how do we pay? is there a online form?
Do we have to create an cic account for the sponsor? I have one but not my sponsor?

Family Class
Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner of the principal applicant, or where a transitional provision applies, a family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older $550.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

$1,115.00

and the Permanent residence fee is enough or is there also a application which I have to fill out and send with the common law application or do I have to do it online somehow???

Total of $1040 payable online by credit card through CIC's website.

First thing you do is download all the application forms that pertain to you if you have not done so yet.

CIC doesn't care Who pais for it...they just want to see Proof of payment...so a receipt
