Renfaster.ca and Kijiji are excellent way of securing rental place. It is better to find a low rate hotel for few days and then move to a rental place by looking yourself rather than blindly shifting. However, if you can find a house/ apartment on six months agreement or month to month agreement is also a good option. Look also for short term rental at Kijiji, like rental of 400/ 450 a week is better option than going straight to a rental house that you have not seen yourself before.

Guys some houses are very old and in bad shape, living in those types of accommodation for full one year is not easy, carefully sign agreement do not go for 60 days notice period and very high damage deposit (it will never be returned).

i cheked those sites like Kijiji , all of them like rooms in houses , but actually i am little hesitated coz i dont know who is living in this house , i do not know the area .... i tried to send request to red carpet inn hotel , but no reply from them ..... do u know any other short term accommodation even for 2 weeks ... am landing 1st week of september ..
