Who is waiting more than 1 year

Did you contact IC , did they give you any reason for delay? Is your application routine or non-routine?
I emailed them two month a go and they responce me we are in our 12 month period. And didn't give me any more information .now I am trying to call them. But I am just wondering if there is any one else in this situation
I already spoke to them many times, try to call them after 3 maybe at 4 pm or at 8 in the morning. I didn’t pass my test yet.

Edit: I sent a query when it was 9 months. Got response within a week - my test was scheduled 2 weeks later and oath the very next day after test.

How about you ? When did you apply and when you had citizenship test ?
Same here..Applied in Oct 2017, Test passed in Feb 2018, Still in process....

You know, my case it is not non routine. Because they didn't ask me any update or extra document or even they didn't have a question. So if it is routine case . I have to wait for responce to find out what is the problem. On the other hand it is not because of a lot of case or short officers because most of the August case has been done . I will let you know if I find anything
same for me, I'm a routine app too, based on what @osis said we 3 are from the same country and waiting more than usual. Let's see what they will say to you.
