Who is the fastest?

If people in Windsor are actually getting citizenship in 7 months that must mean that applications are getting out of Sydney to local offices rather quickly. So the back-up is at the local offices?

Given the vast disparities in processing time: 7 months in Windsor, 30 months or more in Winnipeg, is there any basis for some kind of equity claim against the government here--similarly situated people are facing vastly different experiences based on nothing more than mere geography?

Anyway, is there a chance my application will end up in Mississauga too?. Those guys are indeed fast along with Windsor.
I live in Scarborough, I landed at the Scarborough office.
Submitted application in May, 2013 and I guess I won't be one of the fastest at all.
No RQ request yet, no nothing other than the AOR back in August.
