who is applying a visa ?

Dear fellows,

I would like to ask you info,

Met with someone from instagram claiming that is an agency that is helping people to immigrate to Canada,I was failed three times for SOWP (my wife is pursuing masters degree at Trinity western University) and the agent told me that I can send the files (CV and academic records to help to secure work ) and after getting the contract I pay 390$ for a visa then I'll pay the agency fees later once the visa is approved !

My two questions are as follows;

Anyone who immigrated using this scheme?
who is applying the visa of this kind?Employee or Employer?

Do not give them money. They also seem to be suggesting you commit immigration fraud and pay for arranged employment. They can not guarantee the SOWP. Would order GCMS notes to see why your SOWPs were denied. Only reapply when you can address the concerns in the GCMS notes.

Got email from employer that I have an interview today and was searching the genuine and its for real company !!

1. You are not immigrating. You are coming to Canada as a temporary worker.
2. Who is the employer? Do not give money? Does employer have an approved LMIA and are you the most experienced and educated to do the job.

Why not just wait until wife has PGWP and skilled job and you apply for SOWP?

Am not sure if the employer has the LMA but the way what’s LMA?
Considering the experience and highly educated I’m

You are right considering the Time zone and emails that I’m receiving now it’s certain that is a scam ! I think I’ll be waiting my wife to get PGWP
