Thank you for reading and considering my inquiry.
What are the criteria for a person to be considered as an employer? Specifically, who is a legal employer?
I want to apply through the mobilité Francophone program, which is an LMIA exception. So, I need an offer of employment from an employer, but I don't know about the factors and features of an employer. Can anyone who has a corporation give me such an offer? or there are some conditions needed to be met by him?

It has to be a real job that makes sense based on your education and previous work history.
