Who has to fill IMM5645 Form?

Dear All, i recently received a letter from Canadian high commission requiring me to send and fill IMM5645 form along with the police certificate. My question is that, who has to fill this form? the one who sponsored our family? or the principle applicant?

Should be filled by principal applicant and other family members who are 18+

"Form IMM 5645, is the family information application which must be completed by each person, 18 years of age or older, applying for a Temporary Resident Visa, a study or work permit, to come to Canada."

Whats the difference between an Applicant and Principle Applicant? My brother in Toronto Sponsored me and my parents, so is he applicant or principle applicant?

You should put your name as the applicant ( since you're applying for a PR) and fill out the rest..spouse ( if you have any), parents,children ( if you have any) and also brothers and sisters including your brother who sponsor you. You have to put their names even though they're not going with you to Canada and you should tick the box accordingly.

The Principal Applicant is one of your parents, whichever one they decided would be the PA. Your brother is the sponsor.
