WHO HAS APPLIED FOR A BOWP ONLINE LATELY?

It keeps telling me "transaction not approved" even though I know beyond a doubt that I have all the details ente >:(
 
so I just spoke to a representative and they told me that for a BOWP, it has to be a paper application and you cannot do it online.
 
I don't understand this. I applied for BOWP online and received it also. Many others have also applied online.

Hence my confusion. I am guessing the rep I spoke to has to clue what is going on...unfortunately it does not help me at all. Calling my credit card company right now
 
Yes. I am assuming your current WP expires in less than 4 months. I replied to your post in another thread. If your credit card is not charged, then retake the online quiz and create a new application. Good luck.

Thank you. The only document I deleted was the schedule 1 form under "optional" I have no clue what that is suppose to be. I will try again.
 
I did not delete any. I just uploaded the mandatory documents. Once you upload the required documents, it takes you to next step for the payment.

BOPW is also possible to apply online
