Belated Diwali wishes to everyone here.

Hi all its 72 days now since my application reached NS, Canada. My thoughts lie on the following three possibilities / scenarios

1. My application is still under review inspite of my DD being encashed. What do i do in this scenario? And how do I know that its still being reviewed? Any one with more than 70 days waiting time please respond.

2. My application has been reviewed and they have sent the AOR mail to a wrong email id or for some reason it hasnt reached me. In this case, how am i to proceed further without a file number to refer with the Newdelhi office?

3. My application has been reviewed and the decision has been negative to consider even for the 1st stage. Will I get a confirmatory snail mail / normal post / courier indicating the same?

I request the seniors to help me with appropriate actions from my side that is required at this point of time with respect to each of the above scenarios. Any help would be well appreciated.

Regards,

Thanks NVR.

I have just mailed to delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca and not re-delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. Are they the same?

I will keep this thread posted as soon as I have a reply from this mail id.

Regards

I got a response from "re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca"..so i can vouch for it

I think if you have your pastal/currier receipt you can attached the photo copy of that and inquire whether it has receiched them because you haven't received any communication for long time

Good luck

I would agree with nvr.. once you have got the AOR in email, why to wait .. just go ahead with the next steps.

hi all,

anyupdate guys jbiyer1982, did u hear anything fom NS. eagerly waiting, hope we guys will get it soon.

thanks for ur concern pvkss2000. I have mailed the local office and still no reply. And on calling the delhi office, the automated voice says that the CHC accepts only emails and fax messages for enquiry on specific PR application cases.

Dont know what to do. Still waiting ...

I think waiting after seeing our DD encashed is tougher than the initial wait.. :) jbiyer1982, you need to be strong..

Thanks Pasi. I dont have a choice and all my efforts to know more on my application is going in vain.

Any help from any quarters is what I seek.
