Who can sign my Affidavit of Sponsorer

I have completed the fee payment process and medical also. Now my agent is asking me to provide a affidavit of Sponsorer, my dad is no more and my mother is a house wife so she has no income. The agent is asking me to get my mother's brother to sign it but neither does he file any ITR because he has business. Now my mother's brother in law ( mother's sister's husband) is ready to support me and sign it, so can he be my Sponsorer

A sponsor is only needed if funding your education. You don’t need one.
