who can go first to canada either applicant or spouse ,after COPR n visa,

aslamoalikum ... hello
i m just confused that after i receive my ppr n visa,,, can my spouse go first to canada, n settle things there n ??? i the applicant can go afterwards ? whatt about the money issues, how much will he carry with him , as being applicant i must carry 10,000

Principal applicant must land first. The dependent spouse cannot land before the principal applicant.

actually i processed my case all by my self n visited cic thousands of times,,,, i some how skiped
