i mean i have received my Arranged Employmen Opinion in 12 weeks. now i can apply under FSW.

ok, We applied on April 17 for the AEO. They called my employer this week and asked for more details. How much salary did you mentioned in the offer letter. They told my employer that the offer must be 67 K minimum. Do you mention this amount?

it depends on the Noc position...The offer must reach the average in your reagion..

Got a reply at last. ??? They refused the pre-screen application. :( The reason they said is no substantial efforts are made to employ canadian citizen or Permanent resident and the salary offered was out of scale than the other employees.

sorry to hear that gpranav.... :-[ why did they keep us waiting so long???did you apply for AEO?

It is highly unacceptable. But what to do?

I had applied for the AEO. They sought some additional documents. But it is not easy since I am not there. My employer is very busy to look into all these. My rep is another problem, and getting them to talk to each other itself is very difficult. She says that is the only option. But I do not have much hope and cannot afford to wait on this for years. I had already lost a lot. DO not know what to do.

why do you think you need a rep??You speak a good English, you could do it on your own.I'm doing the same.I can't afford a rep anymore...much more cheaper and they obviously failed to help us...

bad luck guys :( ..unfair things happens in so called fair system.

gpranav sorry to hear this, they shouldn't have waited this long to tell this information. Makes no sense.

What region and NOC you applied for. Just to gen an idea if I need to push my employer. Thanks

Hi Guys,

I had also applied for (ONTARIO PNP) in july 2010 and they refused my file in February 2012, Could you believe they have taken almost two years to process my case and they requested three times additional documents, and in last refused the file. We did couple of inquiries in that time period and every time they said your file is under process.

By the time I waited two years for PNP I was also working in Canada, so I was also qualified to apply under CEC. Below is my time line for CEC. And the file was transferred to OPP Ottawa.

Application Sent: February 22, 2012
AOR Received: April 20, 2012
Medicals Requested: July 25, 2012

Guys trust me apply for CEC it is way faster than PNP.

I wish Good Luck to all of you...

sonyvaio good to hear that you got under CEC, what reason did they give you PNP refusal. thanks

Buddy the reason they said is no substantial efforts are made to employ canadian citizen or Permanent resident and you can recruit any canadian citizen for this job. Well I don't understand something, you can qualify to apply under CEC (Skill Level B)but with the same job offer you can not qualify for PNP... Does it make any sense????

Anyways, we should always remember what ever happens it happens for Good.
