WHO APPLIED FOR PNP ONTARIO PRE APPROVAL PROCESS IN AUG OR SEPT

I am under Foreign worker stream. My rep also was telling me something about this. They reported 36 K perannum and she was saying that it is 48 K now. Do not know what happened with the decision?

Back to bottom again. Do not understand what is the problem. My employer called in front of me last week and said the decision has been taken and they would send the courier. And just now we called them again and they say that it is still at Manager for his decision.

Why would they do that????It's unbelivable....However, they told to our rep before that the decision will be mailed by Christmas 2011...Now it's going to be Easter 2012 and still no decision nor a clear information regarding our application.....I'm still waiting for my rep to call me back today...See if she got some new information....

No information, exept that they are not satisfied with the salary...1 year and 2 months has passed since the application....

They are no satisfied with the current employees's salaries...Their wages are around $ 20.00. However, the skilled workers with higher salaries are working as a subcontractors as it is much more beneficial for them, but pnP is not considering subcontractors...

Any updates?

My rep told me that she is going to apply now thru FSW. She said there is no hope now and also Federal goverment had stopped the BC and Manitoba PNPs and anything can happen. So she do not want to wait anymore? Do any others know about this? Now I am very hesitant to spend and wait anything on this. I was trying to find more information about this but do see there is some problem between MPNP and Federal govt on funds, but do not see Fedaral govt scrapped the program

Our rep suggested to try CEC as no one knows what will happen with our application through PNP....I have already gathered all the documentts for CEC...I can't wait any more...It's a shame as I spent too much time on this and my work permit expires soon...They put me in the situation but I can't do anything else than try to find some other way....:-(

Why don't you try CEC? FSWS is going to take forever...CEC is faster...At least it supposed to be I hope not like PNP....

I am going to check with her. Yes it is really shame on the PNP. I do not expected that they will do like this. They had told us that the decision had been taken and would notify us very soon. But in a week they say again that the decision has not been taken.

I had wasted almost two years on this. Do you have any latest updates of any other province that is easier still? My rep says now that the real reason is politics of Federal and provincial governments.

To tell you the truth I have been concentrating on CEC recently as I don't want to waste more time on PNP....So i do not have any other information regarding other provinces...Anyway if you receive any update regarding your application please inform, I'll do the same....It's going to be my "hobby" as i can't rely on them any more.....

Atleast they could reject it ( whos gonna ask them why did they reject) but atleast the applicant look for some other ways for PR. This is really contrary to what they say about PNP (that its fast).... By this time we would have received our PR if we had gone through the Federal way ....I dont know what these guys are doing there!!

yeah, that is what we expect. They should not tell an arbitrary 90 days for decision and made us wait for years, i should say. I had never expected they would do this. Personally I had lost a lot only because of this.
