Good to see you back in the forum, Fernandita!. Bienvenida.
Not me, sorry. But I'd like to think Winnipeg has to be a faster local office.
So, have you moved from Calgary to Winnipeg and I wonder if your file did follow you there or is it still in Calgary?.
Best of luck!.

ok, My husband has an opportunity of work in Whinnipeg and We were talking about that, but we want to make sure of the CIC is no so slow than Calgary otherwise we will stay here for sure... So Does anyone know how long does it take from local CIC to transfer to another local CIC? Thanks

I have no idea about time lines...or how long it takes to transfer files from one office to another. All I can say is that I lived in Winnipeg for a year. My relatives and friends live there. Winnipeg is one of the best cities in Canada. It is friendly and warm. It is the best example of Canada multiculturalism. I wish I can find a suitable job there and move in. You will certainly find it easier to deal with immigration there. They need immigrants there...so they are smoother and easier.
So, sincerely, do not hesitate to move there...hmmmmmm IF IF the job and earning is as good as your expectation
