Which work permit to apply

Hi guys, I have just received my nomination and am trying to decide which work permit to apply for while waiting for PR approval.
I have just submitted my PR application (paper based) and my current post grad work permit is expiring mid June this year. Should I get a work permit from the border using my nomination letter or should I apply for a bridging open work permit?
I don't currently have an AOR for the PR application.

i ended up flag poling for a closed work permit.
