Which way to go: AOS or Alberta Tech(+CEC)?

Hello!

I meet requirements for both Alberta Opportunity Stream (non-EE stream) and Alberta Tech Pathway (to apply through Canadian Experience Class, though my CRS will be quite low before nomination – 305).

As I understand it I can apply for only one path (quote: "You may only have one Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) application in process at any time across all AAIP streams.")?

Which way should I go, Alberta Tech or AOS? Which path do you think will give more chances and faster processing time to get PR?

If your employer, job and NOC is eligible, yes. What is your status (PGWP, SOWP) in Alberta?
