Which visa to apply for Wife's parents?

Hi Guys,

Me and my wife are Permanent residents in Canada and my parents have a visitor visa (got it during my graduation). Although, my wife's parents doesn't have any visa, I was wondering what would be the best option to go with here? Visitor visa/Super visa? Any suggestions? (We don't have any kids yet, so can't use that as a reason)
