Which Visa office should I choose if I have applied online?

I have submitted my visa application (Study Permit) online. I am from Chennai, India. Recently, I got a request from IRCC to submit my medical. I had already submitted my medical document along with visa application. I am trying to submit IRCC webform, but I don't know which visa office to choose.

There are 2 options for me -> India - New delhi, India - Bengaluru. Please help me to find which VO I should choose.
