Which visa office processes CEC ?

How do you know which Visa office processes the submitted CEC express entry application? I submitted CEC express entry application on June 20, 2017, from the United Kingdom and received AOR also on June 20, 2017, but no updates from then on..

I'm curious with this question also. I applied from Sydney Australia not sure where they process it? Ottawa or Syd? Both offices have slowed down their CEC applications, anyone know why?
