Getting a job with an approved LMIA from outside Canada is typically very difficult unless you have some specialized skills that are in need in Canada. Do not pay anyone who tells you they can secure a job for you in Canada. Typically a scam. Also not legal to pay to secure a job in Canada.

If your work permit is approved, you will automatically be approved for a TRV. Once the WP and TRV are approved you will be requested to submit your passport so that your TRV can be affixed to it. You will then be able to travel to Canada to seek entry as a worker. If you are allowed entry, your work permit will then be issued at the port of entry.
