Memorial university of newfoundland!it has fees of around 8800 dollars per year. I will not suggest u to go for cheap colleges as there approval for visa is extremely loe and even if get there and study,u will find it very difficult to get a job after studies, but cheap university will work for u, so go to this uni ,some others include brandon university...most probably u will have to pay in two installments.

Keep in mind that even if you pay your tuition in installments, you still have to show a bank balance that covers first year tuition + $10K living expenses (+ travel expenses) in order to be approved for a study visa.

there is no good and cheaper institution in canada so forget study in canada with low financial......only one way to study with less financial untill you have PR after arrival canada

u can try kwantlen polytechnic university as it comes under spp and it doesnt demand advance fees only commitmnt fees is paid in advance
