Hello friends,

I have recently completed my permanent application.
I have selected my preferred Territory as Ontario (Toronto) in Express Entry (FSW) Permanent Application. Having selected Ontario as my interested destination of migration,
1. Ontario accepts Express Entry (FSW) right?
2. Also, I do not have to fill ONIP form or such forms?
3. Is it mandatory to create an account in Job-Bank (job seeker)?

Thanks in advance!

1. Express Entry is a Federal Immigration program and is hence applicable for all provinces (except Quebec, which has its own immigration program).
If you receive PR through a Federal program, you can settle in any province in Canada.
2. OINP is a Provincial Nomination program, whereby the Province nominates an applicant based on the skills it needs. A Provincial Nomination adds 600 points to a nominee's CRS score. In this case, after you are nominated by a province, you need to apply to Express Entry.
So, no - you do not need to fill OINP forms while submitting your Express Entry profile.
3. No, it is no longer mandatory to create a job seeker account in Job Bank.
