Has anyone looked into which skilled NOC pays the lowest median wage?

When applying for CEC, if you are paid less than the median wage for you desired NOC code, are you rejected?
If so, please link me to the CIC rules that states that.

not for CEC.. the median wage rule comes into play when applying for an LMIA so far as I know

Does median wages rule count in Ontario PNP also ?

I am here with international student with job offer stream and from site it doesn't mention any such details of wages.

from that link:
•A permanent full-time job offer in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A or B) that Opportunities Ontario: Provincial Nominee Program has approved and that is still valid.
•Foreign workers already working in the position that Opportunities Ontario: Provincial Nominee Program approved need to be paid a wage that is equal to or greater than the wage approved for that position. So if the wage for the position was approved at $25/hour, the temporary worker in that position will need to be paid $25/hour or more before the program nominates them.

but how we will come to know that at what wages position was approved for certain noc ?

I just confirmed by calling OPNP, they said International student with job offer need to meet equal to or greater than low level range specified on site and for foreign worker they have to meet median range for that noc code.
