Vancouver: Great weather and great environment. But living is damn expensive (most probably the most expensive one in Canada).
Toronto: Multicultural and most probably the most modernized city of Canada. Competition is relatively high over there in terms of job market since they hold the best university in Canada. And the city is extremely crowded too. It maybe a myth or true that getting PR from toronto can be hectic and longer than western provinces like Saskatchewan and Alberta since Ontario receives a lot of applications for PR.
Alberta: The oil province and hence very rich. GST is considerably less than other provinces but its quite expensive like Vancouver. Weather can get really rough over here (Calgary is about 1000m above sea level). Jobs opportunities are better especially in engineering and meds. Less crime.

I have just given you a brief picture of the three places you have mentioned. I really depends upon you preference where you can to study and live.

The best province in Saskatchewan,

PR is easier then other provinces
Getting driving license is easy
Job opportunities are good
Universities are cheaper then other provinces
Living cost is much lower then other provinces.

I agree to all the points but I am not sure about the job opportunities because there are not loads of industries or offices over there.

Edmonton and Calgary are the heart of Alberta. All the big companies are in these two cities. Edmonton is a plain land while Calgary has more to offer in terms of mountains :p And I am not sure about NAIT college.

Job prospect is better if you are a qualified student and the competition is relatively low (although increasing) compared to provinces like Ontario and Quebec. Part time is vastly available over here.

Hi,

NAIT is in Edmonton, very well known school mainly for Apprenticeship courses. I believe it’s one of the best school in Canada. Alberta is the economic hub of Canada, with the lowest unemployment rate.

Well job opportunities are indeed higher in Alberta but you can also not deny the fact that Saskatchewan is also considered as the "bread basket" of Canada. Saskatchewan is bordered by Manitoba, Alberta, the Northwest Territories also Saskatchewan and offshore areas of Newfoundland in particular have substantial oil production and reserves. Alberta has 39% of Canada's remaining conventional oil reserves, offshore Newfoundland 28% and Saskatchewan 27%.

So recently there are plenty of job opportunities popping up, but the crime rate is high compared to other provinces.

If your are planning Alberta then make sure you read following instructions.

http://www.canadavisa.com/alberta-provincial-nominee-program.html (Their NNP requirements are hard to fulfill)

http://www.canadavisa.com/alberta-immigrant-nominee-program-strategic-recruitment-occupations.html (Select qualifications only from Optional/General/Engineering trade list) only then you are eligible to apply for NNP

Yah I read somewhere that its the province with the highest crime rate in Canada.
