I wanna know which province suits according to my profile.
secondly I am planning to re-attempt IELTS to improve my score.

I have applied for transcripts for WES............. suggestions required

It is really hard to say, in general where ever you can get a job. But considering your score you might want to look for a provincial nomination

how does PNP work.........Province will offer me job and invitation or invitation only

Invitation only,

But what I meant if you can get a full time permanent job offer from any province in Canada that would do as well, you will get 600 additional points for that.

At 360 points, you will need to go the PNP route or try to find LMIA backed job offer. Job offers are hard to come by these days so looking into PNP is your best bet. the minimum required points for EE ever since 2015 was 450 so at 360, those are your only options to be selected.

I would suggest you check out the Provincial Nomination section of the forum to learn anout the different PNP programs and see which ones you might be able to apply for, either now or later this year, when some provinces open again.

Yes. Please visit the Provincial Nomination section. Lots of info there

But to answer your question Manitoba, Prince Edward, and New Brunswick are open.

Ontario might be open later this year.

SINP might be open soon too... do some research about provinces that might suit you best.

Thanks everyone..........

I want to know one more thing the PNP selection is based to CRS score or do they consider IElts score or qualification or Work exp and field of work.

If you had 400+ CRS points you are eligible to apply a PNP for Ontario province , as 400 CRS points is an eligible criteria foe he same. Considering your age and the experience, I suggest you to re-attempt IELTS and increase your scores. You should aim for Canadian language benchmark level 8 and above, to get there.

Each provimce has different PNP streams and different requirements. The best thing you can do is look at each of their websites and read the requirements to see if you fit any of them.

This mean that PNP is also based on CRS score?? Score lesser than 400 has lesser chance to get PNP???

Think of it this way...to get a Canadian visa, your crs scores need to be really high to be accepted.

A lot of people don't have very high scores so the PNP program allows you to receive 600 additional points almost guaranteeing you a visa grant.

For you to be granted a provincial nomination you need to meet THEIR requirements in terms of age English work experience and occupation.
