Which Province to choose for EE

Hello All :) :) :) :)

I need some clarification on express entry occupation in demand for various provinces. I don't want to pay fees for imm consultants and strongly rely on this portal for precise and accurate info. Thanks guys.

My question is which province is best suited for me under EE occupation in Demand.
My NOC is 2175 Web developer.

1. I have 3 years of web development experience including 1 year in Canada
2. ECA done from World Education Services . BS Computer Engineering
3. IELTS 7.5 with Speaking 8 Listening 8 Writing 7.5 Reading 6
4. Age 29
5. No Relative or Employment offer at present!

You should target Ontario (OINP).
 
Why not try to improve you IELTS. With 1 year canadian experience you should easily get above 450.

Ontario doesn't seem to have any program for EE Indemand stream w/out job offer. I've learnt that on a very basic level but can you please let me know specifically which stream might be more suitable. I myself have the opinion of going either with MPNP NSOI or SINP in EE demand catagory. Dream On...

IDK what you mean by improving IELTS. How much is needed for full score. I think 7.5 is good enough. Explanation please:)

Overall score doesnt count anymor. He meant your reading score which is 6, if you score 7 you may be dont need any province nomination
