Which province PNP is best through EMPLOYER stream

Hi,

Can you please let me know which PNP province is best and straight forward and getting PR faster.I know it takes some time to get PR but which province approval will be faster to get thru Employer stream or offer.

with my experience, i will vote for Saskatchewan. Starting from my provincial nomination to PPR, it took 13 months (My doctor took 45 days for medical).

In Saskatchewan there is no much software jobs,I am not sure how this works at this province.

How about Monitoba,i heard this is also much faster.

Its really confusing.
