I am new to this Canadian immigration thing, can you please tell me which province is offering provincial nomination without a job offer. i have check, BC, Nova Scotia is closed a the moment.

I am into Financial Reporting and without spouse score is 429 and with spouse it is 408. In either case I guess PNP is only hope. My IELTS is 8.

Please share which Province accept finance professionals and that too without a job offer.
