Which province is best for me?

Good day everyone. i am currently awaitng my ECA results from WES but I'd like to sample opinions on which province/s to send an EOI to. NOC is 1123 and I will be immigrating with my family and 3 kids all below 10.

hi Sir,
I have done 2 year Betch pass degree in Mechanical after 03 year diploma completion from Pakistan .
I need to know my years of qualification and what is equivalency of B tech ( 02 years ) in Canada ?
I have alraeday sent for ECA.
