Which private courier in Europe offers pre-paid return airway bill service?

Hi,

Which private courier in Europe offers pre-paid return airway bill service? I just called DHL and they said they cannot do that. Could you please tell me if any other private couriers have that service? If not, how long,on an average, can it take for a registered post from Vienna to Netherlands? Any experience. I'm in a dilemma!

The closest one is in Germany. I would prefer to send it directly to the Visa office in Vienna. Isn't that supposed to be faster than through a VAC?

Would vary from place to place I guess. I sent it to a VAC in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia who got it back from Riyadh within 48 hours. A courier company couldn't compete with that. But if no courier is willing to provide you a solutiom, you might need to go the VAC route?

The VAC would probable be best place to ask if you need to go in person.

You should be able to send it to the VAC via courier, but the payment must be included...like simplyaddo said, contact the VAC for more details, including fees.

Thanks bellaluna and simplyaddo! I contacted the VAC and have sent them my passport and forms. They are also uncertain about the time that would take to get it back. I'm just relying on pure hope that I would have it back by the end of next week. I need my passport back for another travel! It's a pretty stringent requirement from the CIC that passport needs to be sent to them within 30-days after they ask for it. How do people deal with the travels in between? Being an Indian citizen, I need to have my passport if I need to travel to any country!

CIC tends to give extensions on the passport submission deadline if you ask nicely and you have a valid reason (like travel).
