OOPNP, NBPNP, I believe Saskatchwen is still accepting but you might want to check the right thread. If you have an offer of employment in Canada then you can also try BCPNP.

I think, it should be offer letter from BC, not from any other place and you can apply for bcpnp.

NB accepts application only on certain dates of month ( say 1 to 15th ) please check NBPBP website for details, they have posted all info there.
 
Yes, But now they are accepting in all days. But is it good province for Software programmers. They also get it signed from us in form to stay in their province.
