Which PNP is open?

Currently which PNP is open? So far I know New Brunswick is open, let me know whether any other is open or not.

SINP. Intake will open maybe 20 August, Sept., Oct.........Dec. (definitely 2-3 times in 2016). As well fix date is 2nd Jan. 2017
