Which PNP I should apply for?

Hello,

I have 404 score, 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, I have created account in February, still did not get any ITA or NOA. So, should I apply withdraw my application and resubmit it? or Should I apply for any PNP?(if yes, Which PNP I should apply for?)
