Hi , My sister is looking to immigrate to canada , wanted to find out which pNp stream to apply to . I currently live in ontario . She is in india . Her CRS score is 440 . I m looking to apply for PNP for her . She does not have Job offer from canada

1)Apply in SINP
2)Apply in OINP

What are fees and advantages and is there are any streams which does not require offer letter

My details are : 1) CRS score ->421 2) Total Work experience ->12+yrs [ including recent 1yr 08 months full time Canadian work experience in ON province , under ICT work permit]. 3) No Canada job offer currently (trying for it so that I can get 50 more CRS score) 4) IELTS score L-8; R -7.5; W -6.5; S - 6; overall : 7 5) Current location -> India 5) primary occupation included in NOC2147 .

What do you mean by earliest? Are you eligible for CEC as that would be your easiest path. PNPs are difficult without a job offer. Look at Saskatchewan but I don't know if your score is high enough and Ontario.

I have checked my eligibility for SINP. My Points details are -> Factor 1 Education (Masters of Engineering)- >23 ; Language Ability (CLB17)-> 18; Age -> 10; Skilled work experience -> 10 or 10+5 ? Since I have 12+ yrs of work experience in same NOC code. Factor 2 zero score. Please confirm my SINP score : 61 or 66?

Maybe an Ontario tech draw but your CRS score may still be too low.

Thanks for suggesting suitable PNP stream. Do you mean "Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream " by Ontario tech draw? Yes my CRS score is too low to get EOI from Ontario. Could you please suggest right path to get job offer which can help in boosting CRS score? Thanks

A job offer is next to impossible unless you have a highly specialized skill that an employer can’t find in Canada. You can apply to jobs but will likely not hear back.

Yes, getting a job offer is nearly impossible. If I am able to get work permit (of one or more years) from a Canadian employer, then can it be considered as Job offer as per Express entry PR process?

You need a LMIA and a closed work permit.
