Which PDF application to use?

Hello, I'm using Adobre Acrobat reader for Passport Applicaiton, but it does not save the form, tried edge and others too. But they wont save the form or print it. Any idea?

If you don't have the updated version and if it doesn't work in your local library, just print it and write it with black ink, write in caps if you can.
So you got your certificate at last?

Out of two I got one certificate couple of hours back.
I downloaded the new version of reader, it does not work.
The save option, generates any barcodes?
If not, then I can print directly from computer.

Haven't reached that stage but I think you can do that.

Oh Ok.
I think it generates a barcode, cuz I see "protected when completed".
