Which option should I select from the education dropdown under Education details in EE application?

Hi,
I have done my Bachelors (BE) in Telecommunication and followed it up with a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering. I have done my ECA for both the courses and the Canadian equivalency summary states

Bachelor's degree (four years) and postgraduate diploma (one year)

The Analysis is as follows:
Name on Credential: XXXXX
Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the Institution

What option should I select from the education dropdown under the Education details section of the Express Entry form ? Can someone clarify?

For a Bachelors degree the points are 120 points and for a Post Graduate diploma the points are 90 points. Then what will my points for Education be?

No. The total points will be 119 for both with spouse & 128 point without spouse.

So Will be 8 point more.
