Hello!

I am 25 years old from Karachi, Pakistan. I did CPL-IR (Commercial Pilot License - Instrument Rating) but currently I am unemployed. I ake want an immigration to Canada with my family, father, mother, brother & sister. My father is a Custom broker for Import Items since 1985 and my elder brother is with him in that business since 2006. As, we belong to Kashmir Region so, we do have an Identity Cards different from Pakistani people. It is mentioned on the top of identity card that "Azad Jammu Kashmir Region".
Which steps should I take and what VISA/Immigration is best for me?

Thank you!

Unfortunately your family cannot immigrate together. You, your siblings and your parents will all have to qualify to immigrate and apply independently / separately.

You should read through the immigration options on the CIC site to see which ones might suit your family members. This information can be found here;

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp

If you do not have time or do not feel comfortable reading through this information yourself, then I would recommend that you hire an immigration consultant.

It's really your choice. However I would go with a consultant that is recognized / approved by CIC.
