Which option have to select for highest education level

I did 3 years diploma civil engineering back of my home country then 2 years in advance diploma in canada
So, I am confused to choose right option for creating PR profile.

What does your ECA say for diploma? If 3 years then that is your highest.

So you don’t have equivalency for a 3 year program so count Canadian education as highest diploma. So 2 years.
