Hello Guys,

I need your opinion and advice.

i have entered the Express Entry pool last July 2016. my points are 340 only. As far as i know i need at least 450 to have a chance of receiving an Invitation to apply.

I searched for PNPs, but no one of them apply for me. Also, i could not have a job offer.

I got an advice that study in Canada can increase my chances.

I applied for MA in English Literature, but all the universities told me that i need more BA courses in Eng. Lit. because my BA is in English Translation.
So, choices are:

1- 3-years of BA study, then i become ready for the MA.

2- Another choice is applying for 2 years Diploma in one college. just to have the diploma, apply for post graduate work permit, and after 1 year of work, apply again for PR.

3- One friend told me that if i got 8 in IELTS (my current IELTS is 6.5), i will get the Invitation to Apply because my score will increase!!!

4- One friend told me to search for a Canadian Friend (specially in Manitoba) and apply for Manitoba PNP..

what do you see, and what do you recommend?

Also, I have 8 years of experience, and now registered in the pool. if i came to Canada as a student. Can i (before finishing my study) receive an invitation to apply if i was able to increase my score ?

do you have more options or ideas more than the ones i mentioned here?

Please reply with your feedback urgently!

Thanks guys

Use this to see how increased IELTS results could increase your score: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

Thank you very much :)

I found that increasing my IELTS will just give me 20 points. I need 100. So, i will need more 80 points after the IELTS.

What do you think..

do you think that the option for study is good one? it is coasts money. If it is 100% guaranteed, it will be OK. but is it a risk?

It's certainly not 100% guaranteed.

Have you looked into PNP ?

@istari
All of them need a job offer, which is very difficult.

As far as i know, Manitoba does not need a job offer, but needs a close connection in Manitoba. Also, Alberta does not need a job offer, but needs an experience in the list of in-demand jobs. Translation (my profession) is not among them.

Do you know any other Provence that does not need a job offer?

Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
